Loading up my gear and getting ready for the start of holiday sessions, it’s usually my busiest time of year and my favorite too! The crisp nights and not to hot days, the leaves are scattered across the ground and the cotton looks like fields of snow. Living here on the Gulf Coast, I might be at the beach one day and the Christmas Tree Farm the next. Holiday cards are so much fun, I’m looking forward to the weeks ahead and seeing how much all the children have grown.
Mobile Bay couldn’t be more peaceful in the morning, with just a hit of a breeze, and the sand still cool on our feet, many of my families choose to conquer the summer heat by getting an early start. We’re done before breakfast and ready for a well deserved cold glass of orange juice.
This pretty much sums up what it’s like in to be the only boy in our family of all girls. While his sisters were off playing on the beach I found him alone on the swings, they weren’t much higher than 2 and a half feet off the ground so I had to lay low and put the camera down in the sand to get this shot, but it was so worth it.

The weather could get any better around here, I had such a wonderful time photographing cute as a button kids in their doubly adorable holiday outfits.
We’ve been having such beautiful weather here and I’ve been having so much fun with all my families.
Such a wonderful time we had on yet another gorgeous day here along the Gulf Coast in lower Alabama.
